If possible look for alternative products. Firstly the electric wire provided is smaller than a rat's tail. Secondly, it takes a lot of time to grill. If you are in a hurry, this item might cost you your job.

Instead of 2438/01 company sends 2438, which is 5cm smaller from each side and cable is 0.8m instead of 1.6 according to the flipkart product description.. Asked for exchange - again same one came. Sad:(

Should be priced @ 500 to 800...

Received a broken grill. Replacement was OK.

I received the product on the second day, after ordering. Delivery was very quick. I was having my lunch while the order got delivered, with a lot expectation opened the box to see the product even before finishing the food, just to find a broken grill. The grill had a small dent on the upper silver part, and the holder on one side was broken. I booked for a replacement the same moment. Expecting a better product, will keep you updated.
The reason for a detailed description is just because, the cover and the packing was untouched no damages on it. The grill was kept in between thermocol and everything which is kept to protect the product was intact but the grill is broken. I find it a little fishy , was there a quality check when packing the product, or is it the seller who has intentionally packed and shipped a broken grill. I wish I am wrong, will update when i get the replacement.

Got the replacement today, the product had a few scratches. Tried it and worked like a charm, the auto switch off is a plus.
I have given 4 stars because of the scratches, apart from that the grill works as expected.
