Samsung has totally stopped after sale service. The whole 10 year warranty is a tactic to fool customers. Bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and have made 10 complaints at the service centre in last 1 month but not a single visit or follow up.Company has become too big that they are starting to take customers for granted.Recommend not to buy Samsung.

Fridge buyers, dont even think of considering SAMSUNG FRIDGES. Bought this for more than 50000 INR and used it for 3.5 years now. Stopped working and absolutely NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT (IN CAPITAL LETTERS) They dont even bother to respond to customers. They took my fridge for repair and correction for 4 times now but still the issue is not sorted out and their mechanics itself claim that they dont know how to rectify it!!Forced to give one star as i cannot give 0 stars!! Investing in SAMSUNG is a sinful waste of money!!
Pathetic product and pathetic service team

Its a pathetic product. Bought in 2016....frosting started in refrigerator compartment....customer care fooled by advising that its normal and advised me to leave it open for a day till the ice melts....the problem got solved temporarily....meanwhile the problem started again exactly after one year of purchase. The cooling went off....the service guys replaced the compressor but charged me rs 2100 for visit and gas recharging.....but it didnt work out....stopped working within 2 days....then they took it to workshop for capillary blockage removal.....these idiots kept it with them for ten days and returned with a promise that they hv tested and its working fine.....but samsung prodigy.....the fridge again stopped working in next ten days....again they came and said that software will b updated....they did it....but no use....next they advised to change PCB.....see the experimentation strategy.....ultimately on advise of their engineer the solenoid valve was changed by ....now it is working for last one week....lets see how it performs......but friends dont go for samsung.....let them boast of their mobile factories.......my frnds who are facing problem with this model..(in fact the whole K series).....pls ask the engineer to replace the Solenoid valve of the ptoduct....hope the problem gets resolved.....else approach consumer court.....Manoj SharmaGreater Noida
