While the refrigerator itself is fine. Beware of the poor customer experience that Flipkart provides. During sale events they jack up discounts on exchanges only to refuse pickup of old devices at the time of delivery citing some minor glitch or other. Better off evaluating worth of a product under non-exchange scheme and buying elsewhere.

I have had a pleasnt experience with the purchase from flipkart during the big billion offer days. I had a 10 year old Whirlpool 410 liter fridge which was still running fine, but it was running out of space for our family and I always see my wife bending and searching for items whenever using it. Flipkart was offering this fridge for Rs.58K during the big billion day offer and buying back old fridge for Rs.10000. Including that, there was 10% discount when using HDFC Credit card. Hence the final amount I had to pay was only Rs.43K. There was no plan to change fridge and this offer tempted me to go for it. The delivery was of the frdge was done on 18-Oct as per original commit date and the installation person from LG came home the same day. I watched the fridge right from the van and it was shifted only in upright condition and a clean install was done by the team. Fridge is cooling perfectly fine as of now and the biggest advantage I see as of now is the ease of access with the side by side version. The freezer section is huge for our usage. We are exploring types and pulses and spices which we could possibly store in the frozen section. Temperature adjustments are very easy and this fridge has accommodated almost the same area as our earlier 410 liter fridge. Happy with this purchase so far.

I got the fridge for 48k in BBD. Even the guy who came for installation was surprised how I got it for so so less, he just couldn't believe. The fridge was delivered without a scratch to my house so happy with the delivery Regarding the fridge the cooling is expectedly very fast n very efficient. there is only one ice tray that's a bummer for a expenses from fridge like this and also there is no egg tray. Apart from this the fridge is just awesome and at my price it's a total value for money for sure

product is good , awesome looks and quality is so good, only thing that disappointed me is Flipkart people who delivered it to me were unable to lift and carry to my flat they dropped twice in front of me , but said nothing will happen we will open and show you , but I found a small dent at the bottom. guys please take care while they are shifting to your flat or home by lifting.
