The product was good. But the Haier person who came to install and give us the demo was arrogant and shouted at my mom. He was saying that he don't have time to give demo if we won't tell him the route to our house properly. He was not ready to hear the full address even. First of all he started shouting through phone. After reaching home he shouted at us. He demanded to speak to men...not women..as it was my mom who attended the call first. Haier should not have sent impatient people for the demo. We are brand loyal customers as we own Haier washing machine, TV and fridge for years and when we change we used to opt Haier only. This was the first ill-mannered behaviour we had to suffer.
