Too small for 3 bodies and fast zooms
Although it has quite a bit of space, it seems like it's mostly suitable for a single big body or two small bodies and lots of not-so-fast lenses. Although f/4 or slower telephoto lenses are not a problem due to its generous height, fitting fast lenses side-by-side leads to a bit of a squeeze. See the attached photo where I've run out of space for a 24-120mm f/4 VR (sticking out on the right) after accommodating 3 primes, 3 bodies and a 70-200mm f/4 VR. I'll have to go for a Lowepro Flipside 500 AW Professional DSLR Backpack instead.
Overall a good bag for its price point
By Ravindra Gajjaron
Overall a good bag for its price point. Very versatile with many features and utilities. Has a tripod mounting facility as well as rain cover also. Can accommodate 1 Pro DSLR with 3 lenses. Many other pockets are given for utilities and storage of batteries, cells, keys, cards and other stuff. Worth buying it.
Wish it could justify the price
The actual copy received is of exactly same design as seen on youtube or product reviews on different sites. But the finishing is disappointing. Also I didn't expect all plastic zippers which refuse to give confidence to last for long. Sternum strap system doesn't give confidence either.Though there is dedicated arrangement, this bag do not carry tripod securely. The delivery guy refused payment by card, hence received package only after arranging and paying in cash.Over all, it's a bag with certain limitations and quality compromises. Despite of all these adversities, I look forward to enjoy some happy moments when no one can reach my gears when it's on my back.A day trip of 4 hours in wilderness with it was very comfortable. I carried a 1 litre water bottle in front pouch, not in side mesh pocket for I want the elastics not to get loose.
worked fine. not sure if i wll be able to ...

wanted one which accomodates my d7100 with nikon 200-500mm lens attached hood reversed . worked fine . not sure if i wll be able to squeeze in another body with my existing lenses -If i do will have space for three standard kit lenses only.. But the product is good quality .Small enough to qualify as cabin luggage
Also the flipside model and abilit to wear it frontier with back support is if great help - with the heavy lens on

I bought it for Canon 80D with EF 100-400 mk II along with couple of more lenses (18-55STM, 17-55 2.8) along with Speedlite 580 II. A bit big but has all the space I need. Also the flipside model and abilit to wear it frontier with back support is if great help - with the heavy lens on, I was able to rest the weight on the bag while handholding and shooting :).A very sturdy bag. Certainly recommend for above combo.
Excellent for expeditions and travel

this bag is fulfilling my expectations up to the mark.
i can easily accomodate my canon 500D with 100-400mm lens attached, 15-55mm, 50mm, 55-250mm, macro lenses kit and still i am left with space for 3 lenses.
strong, safe, reliable, spacious,
the main feature what i liked is that its a flipside bag. flip it into ur front with bag opening from backside, take out camera or change the lenses. the bag itself becomes a platform for carrying out such activities.
no laptop space, and tripod pouch needs to slightly bigger.
if you dont carry a laptop with you then this bag is indeed a good choice.
Not useful for Full Frame Pro DSLR with battery grip.

I have Lowepro SlingShot 302 AW but since I can't use it while hiking I wanted a backpack. I looked at official website of Lowepro. And as they say this Flipside 400 AW can hold a PRO-DSLR with 4 to 6 lenses, I went for it. I got good service from Flipkart. Got the bag delivered in time. But when I placed my kit in the bag, I was disappointed.
I have Nikon D700 with battery grip, the f/2.8 trinity of nikon, that is - 14-24mm f/2.8, 24-70 f/2.8, 70-200 f/2.8 and 105mm f/2.8 micro lens, 50mm f/1.8, along with SB910. I tried to fit all this in the bag, but I couldn't fit into it.
So it's lowepro who is the culprit who claims that a PRO DSLR along with 4 to 6 lenses can be fitted into this bag.
The 302 AW slingshot can easily and comfortably accommodate all the stuff that I mentioned. But this bag - a BIG NO if you have full frame pro DSLR with battery grip and all PRO lenses.
Built like a tank, light as a feather, brilliantly designed!!

I read dozens of reviews for several DSLR camera backpacks before deciding to go with the Lowepro Flipside 400 AW Multi Use backpack. My biggest concern was that this bag would be smaller in reality than expected and that the space inside would be cramped. I was thrilled to bits when my bag arrived (within 2 days of purchase, so thank you FlipKart!) and it was a regular sized backpack, with loads of space.
It is one tough piece of kit, superbly padded to cushion the cameras and lenses in case of a fall. The thoughtfulness in the design must be appreciated, the way there are so many brilliant design touches for space, protection and storage. The true test was when my Sigma150-500mm lens arrived (also from Flipkart), as I had no idea if this beast of a lens would fit. After some thought and trials, I was able to fit my Nikon D3200 and the Sigma 150-500mm in the central trench with the lens hood over the barrel, with my 18-55 Nikkor and 55-200 Nikkor lenses in the adjoining spaces, a lens hood for the 55-200 lens, a couple of lens caps, a few cables, etc. Brilliant!! I added my battery charger, memory cards, brochures etc, in the other compartments. I haven't yet tried to fit my iPad into the sleeve, but its likely that I would have to remove the iPad cover to do so. If anyone intends to carry a Sigma 150-500 lens (or similar) with this bag, remove the partitions from the central trench, keeping only one between the camera bay and the lens. Lay the lens with the tripod collar facing up, otherwise this would be pressed against your back when you carry the bag.
I wholeheartedly recommend this bag, especially if you're wondering how to carry a massive lens like the Sigma 150-500 and still keep all your other lens ad pieces of kit. Considering the weight of the Sigma lens alone I was expecting the bag to be quite heavy when it was fully loaded, but surprise, surprise , it was still so light! Another excellent design feature to distribute the weight so beautifully. Fantastic stuff!
Strong and reliable

I love the build quality of the bag. This can easily carry one 70-200mm, 24-70mm, 105mm, 50mm, SB900 with a full frame body. What else do you need. It can also carry a small size tripod. However I do not find it very useful considering the weight of the bag.
This is indeed little heavy but that is because it is very well built and full of padding.
Since the bag opens from the back, no one can access the gears easily, which is good considering the security.
Best in the market!

There's a lot to love about this backpack. It's sturdy and well made. The main compartment is flexible. Plenty of space for my gear. It fits in 2 camera bodies with lenses and my square filter kit for landscape or I carry my flashes and remote triggers for OCF works. It's comfortable to carry. I do wish the main compartment would stay open when I unzip it. It makes it harder to get a lens out when I have to hold the back open. I also have to close up the back to flip the bag over to get things out of the front pouch. But I knew all that before I bought it and chose it for the ability to carry my gear comfortably.
