After sharing my laptop & old charger photos, he was able to determine that the part was the correct one. He was prompt in his replies. Original Genuine product delivered. Happy with purchase. Although my laptop was using originally 90w charger, I bought this so that battery charging time can be increased as my laptop needs to stay on for 15-16hours/day therefore less charging cycles can be utilized through out the day. It was perfect fit for Dell Inspiron 15R 7520. Charging time is not much affected. System is running smoothly by ignoring QuickSet warning.

So this product does fit for the mentioned Models in the Product description, the item received looks the exact same as the display image in the website and performance wise yes, it does charge your laptop at the charging normal rate. The product comes Without Power Cord with the decent looks original Dell box, sealed over Amazon cover. Got the product for rs 1,225/-, since it's an online deal can expect for a little less price.
