Delivery. ------------- 1. The vendor sent me a goldish colour product instead of white that I had asked. I decided to keep it nevertheless since after putting on a case it won't matter too much. 2. The phone's glass screen is only protected by the relatively thin cover of the box. That is not good. If enough pressure is put on the box cover, someone could damage the touch display without breaking/cracking the glass. Phone review: ---------------------- So far, I have used it for about 24 hours. For the same price, I think Nokia is selling a slower processor and possibly less storage on their phones compared to the competition but compensating for that by giving a more robust phone with no extra apps installed on it thereby appealing to many who care about the quality of the experience. Additionally, the burden of continuing to provide updates for 3 years must have a bearing on the final cost. I bought this phone because a) Nokia often takes the path of better build quality b) Pure Android (Android One) c) Guaranteed security updates for 3 years d) NFC. On boot, the phone felt a sluggish as it started populating apps and data from my Google Account. However, afterwards in general use, most of the time, there is no noticeable sluggishness. I love the heft (heaviness). I love that it has NFC. I love that it has pure Android. I love that there are hundreds of cases to choose from. This phone does not have a 18:9 design which means that you have to use both hands to use the phone effectively. No notch. I like that. The fingerprint reader is fast. The speaker sound quality is acceptable for making conference calls. I am told that users of Android One phones get unlimited space for photos if they use Google Photos. I don't need that but some might. Everything else is adequate or more than adequate for moderate use.
