Awesome microwave within a perfect price.I am using it for last 13 days and I must say that,this is working perfectly good.My only advice to all of you specially who were going to use the microwave for the 1 st time,that stricly avoid any kind of metal to use in it,though it is clearly written in the book comes with it,but after everything I want to warn you that don't use any kind of metal to avoid any of temporary/permanent damaged.Except this,everything is just fantastic.

We've been using this MwO for over a month now, almost daily and for every meal. It is the perfect heating device for a small family like ours (3 of us). We have another much bigger and fancier one in the kitchen, with grill, convection, etc., purchased with a lot of enthusiasm but hardly used. The idea is to keep it near the dining table. Because all that most of us do with it is heat food just before eating. This one does the job perfectly well, besides cooking the occasional idli, egg poach and popcorn too. The build is hardy, the knobs robust. At less than 4K, life surely deserves such an option, no?

This is one of the best budget microwave available in the market and the pricing of the product on the offer period makes it more pocket friendly to the users. Now there are products that are available at a creeper price to but this is a trusted brand and you can buy the product without thinking much about the after sales tension like repairs and maintenance.

Came with broken turntable support - see pic. This was reported by other reviewers as well. The reason being the turntable support is made by very cheap flimsy plastic. So I do not know where else they have cut cost. The rated wattage is 1200W but on measuring it is coming as 750W. So basically it may be 1200W input and output of 750W only. This take nearly 2 mins to boil 200ml of water. So your cooking times will be definitely higher than higher rated microwaves with costlier transponders. The microwave gets heated on the sides etc quickly - I do not know why but I just hope the chamber is well made and doesn't leak radiation out to heat up the sides! This is good enough for a bacherlor or two people household.One of the biggest advantages for this is it is one of a kind single microwave over. No nonsense grills, toasters, bathing water heaters, moon base built in. And has simple mechanical knobs which is good to use as well as a little difficult if you want precision of like 30 seconds yet I feel this kind of traditional single microwave is much better than paying double for extra nonsense.Amazon customer support with whom I had a call for nearly 20 mins regarding the issue wont help me get just the plastic support replaced or even escalate the issue. Totally crap support offered by Amazon India compared to their US customers who also get support from Indian call centers only!

Built quality and design is nice. Was not aware that this is available in black color as well. Price is low compared to other ovens. The glass door does not have a handle and the push button for opening the door is not secured in a square socket. This might be a little problematic as the button gets pressed from the lower side and might break if not pushed properly. The oven also gets pushed back when u use this button. You will have to hold the oven if it is not fixed in a tray or a stand. I have kept it on the kitchen platform so its an issue. Not a big issue but still it can be a problem for some people. I also have a different brand oven which has the handle and the push button is secured in a square socket which makes it sturdy. But then it was expensive compared to this. The package was not marked as fragile and I saw the courier people handling the package in not so nice way. The warranty card is not stamped. Not an issue as long as the oven works. Working well at the moment.
