The first unit I got was damaged. It would not charge. Within two days I got the replacement from flip kart. I did the replacement online with the app which was quick an easy. It saves time from having to call in. For the price the unit is great. It takes a couple if days getting used to the keys ( takes you back to the days of using a BlackBerry) there are a few dedicated keys like directly launching the media player and the browser an outlook which is cool. Am very happy with the keyboard considering the price. Its rechargeable battery also holds a pretty decent charge, been running for over a week now on a single charge. I would recommend shoppers to look for a backlit keyboard considering the buttons can be hard to see till you get used to the keys. This makes a gread add on for the ultimate media center in your living room. Over all its worth the price. And it presently the cheapest keyboard on flip kart.
