I ordered the Sony headphones with the "In-line Microphone" but received the headphones without the microphone. The latter option is available in less price on Flipkart. The Seller must have thought that by the time the customer realizes this it would be too late to return the product. And instead of replacing the without-microphone-headphones with the genuine ones (even when these are available on Flipkart), the Flipkart customer care tried to dupe me into believing that they do not have the stock. This kind of trickery is not expected from Flipkart. I want to rate the product with zero stars but alas that option is not available.

I wanted a headphone with clear sound & with call receive function. But I have to mention that the sound ok . Vocal sound (singers voice) is low. Also it lacks the necessary bass which was required. I also own Panasonic RP-HT030E-H Headphone got from Flipkart (@375 rs only compared to this 1.3 k) itself and it manages to produce clear sound. Same song I heard through both headpones and I like the Panasonic. Only good thing is that I can listen to FM also by this. Overall good
