Don't buy this. Just after a year, it stopped working. The support technician took 2 days to come. He spent 5 minutes, did some temporary repairs and said if it stops working again, the motor would need to be replaced which costs around 2k. He took off with Rs. 500 as his fees and within an hour, the cooler stopped working. I called up the technician again and he said yeah I knew you'd need to get the motor replaced. I asked what did he charge 300 for and he said it's visit charge which BTW I wouldn't have to pay if I've had the motor replaced in the first place. Both Symphony and its support team are looting customers!

Cooling very poor and not solve the purpose of buying.reason of cooling is not good because the blower placed Horizontal and covered from back and the honeycomb pad is beside that cover buyer u thing if blower is not in touch with honeycomb pad then how it will through the cool air .Second thing this blower is placed down side of window so airthrow is less .Bodywise this is good but cool air wise1 star.But u can go for orient 2002cp cool model in that blower placed vertically and no cover beside to blower so honeycomb pad is in direct touch with blower socooling is. Wry effective .And placing blower vertically and it's totally behind window and it's long blower so u will get awsome throw even u can sit in front that much .So did lot research on this .Body wise its bit low 3 star I can give but overall Colling and everything is awesome .Orient is orient for cooling
