This is good cooler and much better than others in the class including Symphony made models. But not effective in peak summers. I would recommend window coolers if one has space.

I wasn't sure whether should i go for a cooler or A.C. Most of my frnds advised me for A.C but i didnt want to involve more money so i decided to stay with coolers. I did a little research on all online and offline stores, and finally ordered this mid-range symphony cooler. I am extremely happy with this and its working perfectly. Dont expect it will give you A.C air ;)
Pros:
Worth for money (i was getting one Kelvinator product with 3k less, but i went with brand)
Light-weight, wheeled so you can roll it to any corner you want.

I have heard that Customer Service is not good and not avaialbe in every city. Far now i dont have any such experience but still putting in cons.

I generally bought product based on the reviews written on the sites. Not even me, all the internet users do the same thing. But sometimes product not based on the reviews written accordingly. I don't know, if the people who was writing those reviews meant for promoting that product or something else. Leave it.
Now come to review part: I bought this product on June 1st, 2014 in Rs-7749. Thanks to Flipkart for the next day deliver i.e. on June 2nd. Nobody beat Flipkart for delivering the products timely/before time.
Pros:
1. Light Weight
2. Ease of use: you can move it to any where and it will fit easily.
3. Less water consumption
4. Remote functioanlity is good.
5. Sleep timer functionality is good too.
6. Runs on inverter, as only 185 Watts
Cons:
1. Not able to cool the small rooms. Even you put ice/ice water in its outlet it'll not cool the room.
2. Humidity control fucntionality is useless. Nothing works as it was mentioned.
3. Mosquito net is also useless. It'll catch dirt and that will make it dirty. For clean air, you need to clean it properly.
4. One of the button present on cooler's body failed in working within one month. So you can assume the quality of product.
5. Auto swing functionality is average. Horizontal swing part automatically turns down in few minutes. Due to this all the air will flow down. You have to adjust it manually to get the average cool air.
Conclusion: Cooler is average but bit hyped in other reviews about it's cooling. It's a average cooler guys. Don't compare it with AC. I will say it's not worth to buy because it'll not fulfill the basic requirement. So think twice before to buy this product.

Its a fine cooler with good appearance. Can be changed places easily with the help of wheels provided. It throws out cool air effectively. The only thing is the sound but when compared to other makes, Symphony is far better. Its worth buying especially through Flipkart because of reasonable price and faster delivery. Those who are thinking of buying Air conditioner and cannot afford the cost, this cooler is the best option which is atleast 3 times cheaper.

This has proved to be a good buy. It does what is expected from it... it has its own cons like humidity increases if the room is not ventilated properly and makes a bit noise but rest is fine... plastic is really good... has a remote to operate.... cools... good fan speed... and so on.
But its a cooler after all and if you are expecting an AC in this price then its helpless.
Total waste of money don't buy this.

This product is a waste of money and time. Maintaining and filling water is a headache. Within 2 months the motor of the air cooler overheats and stops the spin of the fan and makes a weird noice additional to the noice which it make usually while using. The cooling pad makes the room stink like dead fish as it gives out odour within 2 days of use even after cleaning the water and the cooling pad. Don't buy this crap total waste of money and energy.

Worst product with in a month motor got repaired

Worst product with in a month motor got repaired. We are using bore water so the sludge formation not preferable for bore water more over need to use only can water , every six month need to replace cooling pad RS. 650/- , every three month need to clean or service it's 150/- ,Looks only good buy money waste. Need to spend money every month , better go for AC instead of cooler

Everything is fine in terms of cooling etc. But it's been only few days and the remote functionality getting some error. I am not able to switch on the cooler using the remote. Also, the menu options available on the cooler front is not working properly. Please check if someone can visit to fix it.
