Please dont buy this cooler even dont buy any type of tower cooler with blower . Because its unable to cool your place u have to sit infront of cooler to feel air . Waste of money . Any type of tower cooler not usefull. Instead buy square cooler with fan. And kenstar is always better option while you are thinking to buy cooler instead simphony. I am using both cooler but kenstar is better than simphony.

Pros : 1. Good storage capacity 2. Good height so you dont need to put anything under it. 3. Remote-controlled. Cons : 1. hardly effective, will give up in extreme heat. This is just about OK for one person that too when kept close. 2. Auto-swing mechanism is shabby & doesnt always work. 3. No value-for-money. If you are spending 9-10K, do one of the two- i. either put 10K more & get a entry-level AC ii. But a desert cooler with 3-5K which is far more effective. Dont buy this just for looks or convinience

Kudos to Super Fast delivery of FLIPKART! While big chains were unable to ensure so fast delivery, flipkart has delivered in perfect condition within 36 Hrs time. Coming to the product, Built quality is good, cooling function excellent and looks very decent. Only issue is, you cant determine easily once the water tank gets full as it is having only the empty tank indication and overflow outlet. But sometime water drops comes through the cooler.

I bought this product in June, after reading good reviews about it. BUT i had very contrary experience. About my room: It is half the size this cooler can cool, it is on ground floor with two floors above it, my window is shaded with trees. With these features I was expecting the cooler to cool the place quite well BUT, this is what I experienced MY experience: 1) it wasn't cooling the room even after hours and hours of use ( which is half the mentioned cooling size) 2) I used Ice to improve the cooling but that also failed 3) It tremendously increases the humidity inside the room after some time only. For this purpose i also tried to keep the cooler just outside the room's door, opened little bit of the window for circulation, BUT it didn't work at all and still increased the humidity. 4) After getting frustrated for 20 days I demanded money back (to buy something else from flipkart) they sent and engineer who just said "sir, it's working".. Flipkart could not do anything thing in this case as the engineer could see there is no technical fault. I Would NOT recommend to any one to buy this product. Do NOT commit the same mistake as I did. And there are practically no PROs for this product.

I had very very bad experience with symphony service engineers, and they never come to fix the issue, even though the product is under warranty. It was one week I had registered a complaint with symphony, and they never came to fix the cooler. If we ask them why.They shout on customers and always they mention they are busy, and use abusing words, if followed up with them for multiple times. No proper complaint mechanism too.

I purchased it from a shop in hyderabad, those guys didn't let me check it at shop said its sealed item from symphony. But when I started using it at home I noticed that water pump is not woking. Immidiately went for replacement. Bought another piece, water pump is working. Till here everything is good. I waited for long to feel fresh cool air and till now i am waiting and i think i need to wait all my life for it. It doesn't cool at all only blows the air, Only advantage of this tower is it looks good in the corner of your room. My suggestion for all who is thinking about tower cooler never buy tower air coolers of any brand it doesn't serve purpose of cooling it only blows air. One star for its looks and nothing else.

This was my most horrible experience, buying the product from Flipkart. I ordered the product on 24th March and was promised delivery by 31st.That being said, i was expecting a quicker delivery as per my past experience. But this time it was too much asking for it I did receive the product on time though. My sister received it on my behalf as i was away from home. When i came home i found that the seller had cheated on me.They delivered a cheap 8T cooler instead the one I ordered 50t and collected the money. I raised this to flipkart and they promised to resolve this which took them 7 days to and thus making me suffer for 14 days from the day i ordered the product. All the representatives who i spoke to over the phone were totally robotic and had only sorry to offer. And the last person i spoke to was horrible, he became angry and almost fought with me in words. When i said this would be my last purchase on Flipkart, he was least bothered and had audacity to tell me in a rude manner" Is there anything else' i can help you with". I mean wow i had never expected a cheating and above all such horrible behavior. I wish i could rate this entire experience in negative-------------------.
