Most of the positive reviews I saw here are from excited users who seemed to have hardly used this for a few days or so. However, after using this cooler for a month, I am compelled to write this. Let me start with pros (they aren't much, but still)
Pros
* Good air throw.
* Effective cooling. But only for whatever period it works.
* Compact size most (suitable for Bachelors)
Cons
* Loud noise from pump within 15 days after purchase.
* Blower stopped working within a month.
* Loud humming noise.
* No response from Symphony, whether the call goes from your end or Flipkart's, they will merely issue you a complaint number and that's all the response you're gonna get. They won't call back or send anyone.
I had to wait for more than a week, but still there has been no response from Symphony. Have ended up returning this product to Flipkart. After going through feedback for other models of the same company, I have firmly decided to never buy any Symphony product or advice for the same.
UPDATE: Finally, got a call from Symphony after 2months of lodging the complaint, told them to their face that I have happily replaced their brand with another.
It is acceptable to come across a faulty product to a certain extent but a faulty and shameless after-sale service? That is unforgivable and says a lot about Symphony's transactional perspective towards its customers.
Not reliable at all and very poor quality

Just bought it on 30 march and on 13 April the water pump has been stopped working, didn't thought it will go so poor . very disappointing Flipkart and the seller and there is no quality check from the company as well.
I have registered a complaint to the Symphony company for the service check but no replay from them yet. Hope its fixed soon

I just got this Air cooler...its just awesome... i live in chennai where its difficult to stay without ac...But this really proved it...we can live with coolers also....with normal water it gives a normal cooling...
But when we use cold water it really makes the difference....
And der is not much diff btw 12 and 22 litres as both are the same except the capacity....
....A true Diet consumes very less electricity max the powr of two Bulbs....
I think symphony has again proved its technology...go for it...

This product is only for one person doesn't cool your room but if you keep this cooler near to your bed it ll give cold air which is good the drawback is it creates humidity if your room doesn't HV enough ventilation for better result keep your window open.

Ease to useCool air for room 12 x 10 ft.Not much diff in electric billUsed in summer and worth than AC. As pune heat is for 3 months better to invest in cooler than AC.Needs throughtout cleaning once or twice in a month.... Else lot of dust get accumalated inside the water tank...Used for 2 yaer no problem of sound or damage.

Got defected one. Cooling Pump was not working from day1. After calling to symphony cust care, they sent service person (no charge) & resolved the issue. After 2-3 servicing cooler is working excellent.

My cooler stopped working within 1 year and none of the given customer care numbers of SYMPHONY are being answered. All numbers either remain on "Engaged tone" or you are put on hold stating "All are executives are busy, we shall revert back soon" but the wait continues beyond 20 -25 minutes.1877-700 4775, 079- 30130111/ 079- 41058311 none get responded to.When called upon their office number was asked to call the incharge - on 9737227693/ 9558797901 but nobody responds .If this is the service post sales i think it is advisable to opt for another brand rather than buy so called SYMPHONY AIR COOLERS

Good product. Earlier its motor burned out, that too beacuse of lack of knowlegde as i used to fill water from top (ice tray slot). The motor was replaced free of cost under warranty, all hassle free replacement, evrything at doostep. Now booking another diet cooler of 22Lts tank as 12 litres tank is small enough, need regular loading of water every 4 hours in hot summers - which is the only draw back if i took this opportunity to provide you a genuine feedback. All in all, worth its price with only negative point that tank is small. So if you have no issue in regular loading of water, then exactly there is no negative point in buying this icooler
