Don t think DESERT name suits this Product Cooling Capacity not 600 sq ft it is just 300 sq ft or less, Air throw distance is not 40 ft it is just 10 ft , There is No Castor wheel with the product,Design is Good Looks Cooool for Home,Office, Hall etc..you can go for BAJAJ DC-2014 with 5 year Warranty on the Motor, price 8429/-
Delivery and Packaging is Very Good with in the given date .
on 04/06/2014 the main motor stopped working the service man came and said you have bought this product online so it will take time to replace the motor today on 20/06/2014 no action is taken on the complain.
Kenstar slogan is CUSTOMER FIRST only to receiving call from CUSTOMER SERVICE .
