This product rocks!I researched for a good cooler for many days/months before I bought this and pleased with my decision.I keep this in the balcony and use this for a 10x12 study and it makes the room chilly after half an hour at low fan setting.There are 3 fan settings - high med low. There is a swing option as well. The water inlet in front is and for a pipe in let at the side - outlet stop cork at the bottom, all working well. An indicator in front for water levels. No remote. A bit sound is there (which I think is normal for all coolers), but tolerable. Kenstar co will not support you with demo or set up. Yet to find a decent stand for this, so I keep this at ground level, but the splits are adjustable.Caution -AVOID THE SELLER SENTHIL CHETTIYAR, he asked me my a/c details and me to pay the courier person or collect this, even though I live in a central area of a metro! He took over 15 days to deliver this this along with an extra 350 rs delivery price.
Bad choice. Pls don't waste ur money on this sub standard cooler.

Very low quality 3 pin plug . Frequent loose connection and now the machine stopped working in less than 2 months of purchase. The service tollfree support is also not customer friendly nor responsive. Would certainly not recommend buying a kenstar product.

Worst customer service of all time. The cooler stopped working within the warranty period but the technicians delayed service by two months and then conned my mother in law to pay Rs1200 for a free service. They are a bunch of cheats. At least the ones in Asansol, West Bengal are..

Good blower speed, sufficient water storage capacity, no tension of water pump as blower itself is a pump.
cleaning is easy,
great cooler for a single room or 2 persons.
only draw back is you have to let air escape from room to keep ventilation going. otherwise super humid.

FIrst of all did not buy it off flipkart.
Bought this model from a retail store in our area....This is the first cooler that has offered reliable performance after using 3 different coolers in the past..
Its been 2 years we are using it and we have not encountered any problems at all.
since the fan also acts as the water pump there is no chance of water pump stop working and buying a new water pump which is always the case with other coolers after just 6 months of use...Definitely recommend this product...Saving our lives in the West Bengal heat daily (41 degree C)..

Bought my Cooler on local store since this is our very first cooler. Happy with the performance but little bit noisy. You will get used to it. Thanks to my friend who suggested this model. I'm going to BUY one more thru online once it is made available. I feel price can be redcued a bit during APP SALE or SPECIAL SALE.
