I purchased this offline (from local stores) - as Flipkart was not offering Coolers when I bought this. I went for the TC 2005 model - as that was smaller (lower capacity) version & I had a space constraint. But store had TC 2007 readily available & it had a bigger capacity for +600 price difference. I took it & got started with it. Pros: (1) Since it has a big capacity, once I filled in the water - it runs for long hours (e.g. you can fill it 100% & can run for almost 10-12 hours at a stretch) (2) Blower is quite strong e.g. I run it at level 3 (1 being the strongest) - which suffice the need for me (please note: I have a small room about 144 sq ft) Cons: (1) Water indicator bothered me initially - as it was not moving at all. It took quite some effort (& bucket full of water) to get it moving (2) Blower is quite strong & hence - makes some noise as well. Difficult to watch TV with this running very close (3) It doesn't have any remote (not that you need one, but still) (4) The control switches are placed next to the water/ice chamber on top. I wonder what may happen if water drips in to the switches. Better be careful. Lastly: Please don't expect this (or any cooler perhaps) to act like an AC. It works best in DRY weather. And you may expect cold air blowing towards a set direction steadily (but not that your entire room will become cold). That's it. Nothing more, nothing less - it's a cooler.

This item was delivered on promised date by Flipkart. Product is fine and meeting the requirements. Operation is not silent and bit noisy. Look wise not appealing as Symphony range of products. Soon after started using the product, I have noticed that some sort of smell is coming and called Bajaj service center. The rep. who received the call asked couple of questions whether it related to electrical or non electrical and so on. When I explained about smell problem, the took a service request and Bajaj people responded to the same and clarified the doubts and informed that during initial stages some smell will be there and so on. Satisfied with their resolution. Noticed that Bajaj service support has improved a lot when compared with my last interaction with them regarding water filter. This shows that Bajaj is taking their Bangalore customers in a serious manner. It is very early to tell more about product's operation. Overall satisfied with Flipkart sales and delivery, and product.

Cooler is good for d price range it wil give u cooling effect for 10×12 room . 1* given less for courier partner rude behaviour..he didn't delivered d product to door step , he called up staying near by home n called if u want d product come n take either I m taking it back he said.. worst experience

The best cooler in this range of amount...... cooling effect is great.... but can be awesome if you provide it cross ventilation........ this is personal cooler.. and if you want to get cool your whole room... just loose your pocket and go for desrt cooler for effective cooling... overall this cooler is best for personal use.... so this summer beat the heat with the bombastic cooling... just go for it

Writing my review after using it since April 2018, I won't say its quiet as it claims but it's a cooler so we can't expect it to be silent, Cooling is not so great , The drawback is the Fan motor which needs improvement because it tends to get Bad which need repair or replacement. Rest all ok , Honeycomb is Ok type.
