rececived in good packing but gasket,wisle of the cooker,glass lid were not in the box i was astonished to see it,there was no any quality check stamp on prduct og pigeon co as well as Amazon online very poor service of pigeon,kindly send me short item of product which was dispatched by amazon,or take the product box on the same time deliver new one only I cannot use the cooker without gasket and wistle.without these cooker can not work/give performance of the product.TREAT IT MOST URGENT TREAT IT URGENT AND TIME BOUND.AS AMAZON IS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.SEND EARLY MISSING PARTS IN THE PIGEON COOKER BOX

Nice product..compact.... multipurpose...in beginning I had problems in fitting up the lid I thought I received a wrong product but then took it to local store and found I was fitting lid in wrong manner incase someone find problem in fitting the lid see the video on YouTube you will find some solutions.... anyway now problem is solved and lid is fitting properly on both the cookers and product is ready to use
