product is fantastic, very silent, installation bill came up to 1850 RS, 500 for installation and 950 for out door unit clamp plus a hose or two. installation was neat and expertly done. irritated by Jeeves guy calling me next day at 8 am and asking me to pay 1350 RS as he claimed I olny paid 500 RS, explained it to him and I kept the phone thinking that was sorted but he called again then I shouted at him and called Flipkart cs and told to take care of the situation, after that I didn't get any call. My Samsung experience: TV used it for 10 yrs without a single repair, now replaced with 4k Microwave 12 yrs old, Not even a single repair. Cools fast. Its so silent that we can't even tell from noise if its on or off. Even outdoor unit does not produce much sound. Being inverter AC there is no fluctuation of temperature. The installation guy charged me R1200 instead of 499 that was promised by Flipkart. I raised this with flipkart and they issued me gift voucher of said amount. Always ask for installation charge receipt from the installation guy. Samsung does the installation though third party service providers. They were well trained and very professional. After ordering you can choose the delivery time as per your availability. Also the installation person calls up to book the time slot. So everything was hassle free.
