Ordered this on a thursday late evening and got delivery Saturday - So, as far as delivery goes - that was great!
As for the product, it just ok. I've used similar Philips grooming kits in the past and I have to say that the Panasonic ER-GY10 comes no-where as close. But, it does get the job done. Its a good hair trimmer, but you can't really use it for shaving. But, to do justice to Panasonic, it isn't meant to be a shaver.
Pros: Compact, stylish, easy to use and clean
Cons: 1. The charging time is very long - 12 hrs, 2. only has a single blade, 3. Attachments aren't of too much use. I found using the trimmer without the attachments to be more comfortable
Would I reccomend it? Well, considering that you really can't get your hands on any of the really good body groomers in India, this is pretty decent, especially at the price it's available at. So, yes, its a good buy.

I bought this toy thinking it can beat the industry haircut standard trimmers but was disappointed: here's why-Once the battery goes, its dead, because there is no plugging unit which can be used after the battery goes dead.The trimmer is made for all kinds of body hair so it ends up being mediocre for any one application.The head is small and cutting hair is its weakest point.The trimmer is not intuitive and so you have to experiment a thousand times before you are sure which comb and how to use it.
Overall it's an ok product. Don't fall for 6 in 1 Prodcut. You will be disappointed.

After 3 years usage of this product :Pros :1. Durable2. Nice Trimmer with smooth shaveCons:1. Except one blade all others (5) are useless not up to the mark .2. Battery Indicator Fault.3. After 10 hours of Charging it will give 2 shaves for me ( 10 to 15 mins) .Overall it's an ok product. Don't fall for 6 in 1 Prodcut. You will be disappointed.
Good prod but Bad service

Its easy to use and gives good results only when used without attachments. The only worst thing is service. The replacement blade cost Rs.1700 and new trimmer cost Rs.2200. This is loot. Then too if you agree to purchase blade, no service center has it in stock neither do they make it available. And Panasonic helpline is helpless....worst experience.

Best purchase ever. I have bought a number of different drimmers in the life time since i have started growing facial hair. But this is by far the best one.No issues great battery life and has a powerful motor so hassle free. Is waterproof so no fear of damage and is strong, have dropped it afew times.The only complaint i can say is the number of adjustable steps. In Philips and other models it can be set for every .5mm thickness for this its every 3mm. But i dont find it an issue because i feel its enough.

It's not a great trimmer though it's good trimmer.Given combs are very useful,Blades are sharp and good but if you use directly skin gets turn red very quick,There is No Increase or decrease POINT options so You should have to use COMBS,I WOULD NEVER PREFER WIRELESS CHARGING FROM NOW ON. BETTER GO FOR WIRED CHARGING TRIMMERS SO YOU CAN TRIM WHILE CHARGING ALSO
