I got this product a month ago. Its very powerfull. I bought it to trim my 2 year old kids hair as she cries alot if I take her to a saloon. So, I purchased it last month and did the trimming without any issue and my kid even likes it as it is very fast in trimming and not much sound. Pros: Powerfull good charging time and useable time Cons: No instruction manual on how to fit different motors and still I am not able to make it out how to remove and fit them I didn't get the user manual and the small Oil can that should have been there in the box.
