I have been using this mixer for last ten years. This is my repeat purchase as a gift for my niece. The build quality of this product is very good , true the "Prestige" brand. The 750 watt motor has enough muscle power for all day to day needs. The plastic couplings are quite sturdy, still going strong after ten years of use. The ABS material of the body is also very strong. Gives a solid attractive look. The design of blades is also very good. Go for it without any worry!!

The product is good worth for the money. I would like to rate this one star less because of the below reason. As this mixer grinder product is from very reputed company (TTK), expected more quality in the area of aesthetics. Had they charged even 10% more, customer would pay for quality. Area of improvements needed in the following components. 1) Need to use the good quality of engineering plastics 2) Need to use proper injection molding machines to make the better looking plastic components 3) Use the higher thickness metal sheets to make the jars (compared with 10 year old jars, new jars are made with thin metal sheets 4) Good Cable management (shabby , old style extra cable hanging could be avoided) 5) Indicator Lights and switch could be of good quality. Still,I will most likely keep this product, no plans to return! The local shop price is same as online price, but cheaper to company owned outlet price.
